Thank You for 18 Years of Support
After much reflection and effort to sustain our work, we’ve made the very difficult decision to close CCP. Our last official day of operation will be Friday, December 5, 2025.
For the past 18 years, it has been an honor and privilege to walk alongside so many of you. We are deeply grateful for the trust you’ve placed in us and the opportunity to be part of your journey.
What This Means for Our Clients
Ongoing Care: Each client will work with their therapist to create a personalized transition plan.
Continuing With Your Therapist: Some therapists may continue in practice either independently or with another group. If that’s the case, they will share their updated availability and fees directly with you.
Referrals: If you need or prefer to see a new in-network provider, we will provide referrals to trusted colleagues and community resources.
Termination and Transition: Where appropriate, therapists will plan and process closing sessions thoughtfully with you.
