Hi! I’m Charlotte, and I’m glad you’re here.
Life is a journey, not a destination. As your therapist, I'll walk with you on this path, emphasizing self-love, compassion, and acceptance.
No matter who you are or what you're facing, I'll create a space where you feel safe and affirmed.
In therapy, you should feel free to be completely honest and authentic.
I focus on building a trusting relationship so you can relax and know we'll embrace, not judge, your true self. This self-awareness and acceptance are essential for healing.
I also show up authentically so you feel safe to do the same. We're all human, and my strengths-based approach aims to remove shame and criticism while we uncover who you've been, who you are, and who you want to become.
I draw from various therapeutic methods—like CBT, DBT, EMDR, Imago Relationship Therapy, and mindfulness—but always tailor my approach to fit you best.
As someone who's switched careers mid-life, I bring a lot of my life and work experiences to my sessions to help my clients and build a strong connection with them.
Being a trans and queer therapist, I get the unique needs of the LGBTQIA+ community and love connecting with other queer folks to support their healing journey.
