"Happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony."
Jennifer Wolff, M.A., LMFT
If you are feeling lonely, disconnected, stuck in self-defeating, repetitive patterns or cycles of conflict and arguments, I can help you make positive life-long changes and increase your relationship satisfaction.
My goal as a therapist is for you to leave therapy feeling empowered to effectively manage your own life through all of the inevitable ups and downs that life presents. This includes discussing the changes you would like to make in your life and what might be standing in your way. Our work together is individualized specifically to meet your needs and goals.
I work collaboratively and intuitively with adolescents, adults, couples, and families from diverse populations, including the LGBTQ community. My approach is integrative and includes psychodynamic, client-focused, family systems, and attachment modalities. I also incorporate cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), which is problem-focused and goal-directed to give you concrete and practical tools you can use to feel better.
My work concentrates on your strengths, internal resources, and resilience. Our work together is focused on achieving a healthy, long-term lifestyle. As a warm and compassionate person, I provide a judgment-free space for you to explore how to make positive and productive decisions. I am committed to facilitating your personal growth.
